Is the Mystic Bone of the Lich Lord an unsolved quest?

I'm into interviewing NPCs and I noticed Loria is an interesting person. However, on Tibia Fandom, it suggests there's an "unknown quest" but then it says she used to have a questline for the spell Ultimate Explosion before Edron came out and the spell was replaced by Hell's Core and Rage of the Skies spells in the Winter Update 2007.

My question is, what's the truth to her words? Are these old lines from the previous quest that just haven't been removed so that's why it seems unsolved? Or is this a new unsolved quest? To be honest, the mystic bone of the lich lord reminds me of the item called ancient liche bone... but I brought it to her and that didn't work.

Here's me talking to her and what she says-

Shawtay [660]: quest
Loria: I heard from a mystic bone of the lich lord below the House of Necromant. Bring it to me, and you will receive a reward.
Shawtay [660]: reward
Loria: I'll teach you a very seldom spell.
Shawtay [660]: seldom spell
Loria: I'll teach you 'exevo gran mas vis', but bring me this bone first!
Shawtay [660]: crystal
Loria: The mystic crystal should be able to resurrect fresh corpses.
Shawtay [660]: necromant
Loria: He lived in a lonely house in the south eastern part of Tibia beyond the mountains.

The "crystal" and other keywords are known at least since 2006 and are listed for example here:

The lich lord which Loria is talking about is of course Goshnar, so no wonder that ancient bone of a random lich doesn't work.

Hello, Shawtay!

These lines are simply dialogues from a time before Edron.

Back in the old good days, the most powerful magic that existed was called Ultimate Explosion (exevo gran mas vis) and could only be learned by sorcerers who did this little quest from Loria. After implementing Edron (on update 6.4), Zoltan became responsible for teaching it and thus this quest was discontinued.

Then, on update 8.1, the concept of elemental masteries was introduced and, with it, exevo gran mas vis turned into the spell Rage of the Skies, which was lightining-based (Ultimate Explosion dealt physical damage).

Cannot answer this for sure, but I imagined it's just a dialogue Cip forgot to delete and was maintained that way. It is not that uncommon
