What events can't be failed or don't require participation for rewards?

In Tibia there's a lot of world quests, world tasks, and events. In some of these events, it doesn't matter if you pass or fail and you and your world will still get rewarded. By reward I mean it doesn't have to be items but maybe double regeneration, etc. What events don't require participation from anyone including yourself for your world to be rewarded?

Below are the Events, Quests and World tasks which doesn't require participation for rewards or can't be failed:

Spring Into Life - Dragon hatchlings yelds 25% more experience.

Orcsoberfest - During the weekend after the event, all game worlds will receive a 50% XP boost for creatures of a certain the bestiary class, which may vary between editions.

Winterlight Solstice - Once the Winterlight Solstice ends, all worlds receive a week of increased respawn rates (2x) while mana & health points regenerate twice as fast. Since it's not really possible to "fail" in this event, all game worlds receive this reward.

There is currently no event where you can participate and earn the reward. Reward in this case would be: + reg of life, mana, experience. By itself the style of play already answers this question in an easy way because it is dealing with a mmorpg (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). Many global events require the collective participation of several players, while others require individual participation, but the final result will always be brought about by the global participation of the server.

I can think of plenty world events where you need to participate to actually earn the reward. Lightbearer event etc. to get the Blazebringer Mount. Or did I missunderstand you?
