I was reading into the history of old quests and want to know what is the old rewards of the first Demon Legs Quest. In the past, The Demon Oak Quest didn't exist... Here's my research that leads me to believe there was a Blue Tome along with Demon Legs, but there might've been other items according to my source. Can anyone confirm the old rewards?
Before Update 8.2 according to Tibia Fandom-
Demon Legs- They used to be obtainable by the Demon Helmet Quest, when the quest system consisted of a chest with various items that could only be obtained once, they were meant to spawn after a full map reset (happens when an Update sends players to temple) but Knightmare forgot to set this and it was abused. Many players completed the quest and got the reward, therefore Demon Legs were not as rare as they were intended to be. The old Demon Legs quest was replaced by the Demon Helmet Quest many years ago.
Blue Tome- The other way to obtain this item was as a reward from the Demon Legs Quest in the Hero Cave – this one was also supposed to spawn once per map reset, but on Antica there was a bug causing the rewards to respawn every day instead. As a result, there are far more Blue Tomes on Antica than on any other world.
The original loot from the Demon Legs quest is as follows:
"The first few pairs of Demon Legs entered the game many years before, but this quest is the reason why so many of these legs exist today. Lightbringer and Genisis GE explored Edron after the update. In the depths of the hero cave they discovered the newly re-added Demon. They where the first to kill these new demons, and eventually solved the fairly difficult mission of clearing four demons from one room. When they went to the chest at the end of the circular room, the chest held a pair of demon legs, 8 small diamonds, ring of the sky, dwarven axe, an ankh, a blue tome, a never before seen medusa shield, and a one of a kind guardian halberd. As all quests with rares spawned only once per map reset, they did not expect to gain more from the chest so they divided the items and left. It was sometime later when Antica became brave, that other teams cleared the demon room and found the same loot. Every day teams found the loot and soon caught on that these rare items where easily obtained. Knightmare had forgotten to set the spawn to only once and so it was abused. After a while of heavy abuse, KM removed the quest and replaced it with a harder version, and the items became what they are today: a demon helmet, a demon shield, and a pair of steel boots."
