How to obtain a Raccoon Backpack?

Pretty much like the main question, I'd like to know how can I obtain a Raccoon Backpack?

I got this backpack a few days ago.  You need to collect 15000 trust points to exchange the Raccoon Backpack with Npc Tik'hi Tak'he. 

Tasks to earn points:

1. Memory Test = 50 trust points / Cooldown = 2 hours

2. Supply Mission = 200 trust points / Cooldown = 20 hours

3. Stealth Mission = 200 trust points / Cooldown = 20 hours

According with Tibia Wiki Br, you can buy it from the NPC . And according with Tibia Fandom it cost: 15,000 event points.

I was in doubt because in Tibia fandom it says "Purchased by: (not sold by NPCs)", in Tibia wiki Br it says:" Purchased by: "Listed players and NPCs."

Yes, correct but at the top, you will find the information in the Notes. Quoted "Notes:
Someone can exchange 15,000 Event Points for this backpack with Tik'hi Tak'he in Rascacoon.
