What is the cooldown between looting bodies when using Quick Looting Extension?

Is there a cooldown timing between looting the bodies when you are using Quick Looting Extension? If so, how many seconds does it last?

The quick looting mechanic gives you the ability to loot stacks now. I have not encountered any delay to be able to loot a body. However, others experienced an issue so it seems like there was a delay. Here's an official reply about this on the forums by a CM dated December 1, 2020-

"...the loot delay would stop a player from performing other actions like drinking a potion or moving was not intended. We are already working on a solution to fix this issue."

Also, there's another update in the news, Dec 15, 2020 - Fixes and Changes

"We implemented a fix to address the reported problem of occasionally getting stuck for a short time while quick looting."

That is incorrect. They have implemented some sort of delay, I am, however, unsure of the exact MS.
