The pirat raids happen every 30 minutes after the previous one ended. Assuming there is a ton of people and its always the catapult, which is the quickest, the most raids would be approximately 41. This however is extremely unlikely due to the 3 variations (catapult, invasion, spyrats) and on average the raids are 45 minutes apart and I would say that on average a server will see 30-32 raids a day while they are actively being sought out.
