Which NPCs do we kill in order to finish a quest?

As far as I know we have to kill Pythius The Rotten during Firewalker Boots quest. Are there any more NPC that we have to kill to finish the quest?

Zalamon for Wrath of the Emporer and Azerus for In Service of Yalahar
Honorable mention to Drume since he is in that room having a discussion with Kesar, but technically still a creature at that point.

  • Armenius (There is only a chance you will face  during the Blood Brothers quest)
  • Owin (Chance to be found when there is a full moon on Grimvale)
