What are the best places for a rookstayer hunt?

Question

I created a character that will stay in Rookgaard to check bosses, but I want to play with him sometimes, so what are the best places to hunt starting from level 8?
Please include premium area too

I would say mino hell and the way to there - around 14k exp per hour.

You can also try rotworm caves.
