What is the heaviest and lightest rookgaard item?

Could anyone tell me which is the heaviest rookgaard item? and which is the lightest?

I'm an old rooker, so this question got my attention.
When it comes to the heaviest liftable item, the answer is obvious - a stone. It weighs 410 oz. It can be found in the cave where the Munster respawns, for example.

Our truth, walking through the map of Tibia, I found some stones that I used to decorate and found this stone that weighs 410 oz.

I did some quick research..

it would seem the chain armor at 100.00oz would be the heaviest: https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Chain_Armor

Whilst the worm at 0.05oz would be the lightest: https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Worm

However, I did a quick review of this page: https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Rookgaard_Items

Which lists the 'chest' at 120.00 oz, though I am not sure if this is obtainable as an item/counts.
