Can you rent a guildhall if you already own 3 houses on the same character?

Question

You can only own three houses on a single character and account. Is the guildhall included in this limit? Can you own both three houses and a guildhall on the same character? Can you own a guildhall on another character if three other characters are already renting houses?

The guildhall is not included in this limit. This means you can:

• own three houses and a guildhall on the same character / world
• own a guildhall even if three other characters on your account already own a house

Please note however that you must be a guild leader to own a guildhall and you can only own one guildhall per account (since you can only be a guild leader of one guild per account).

You can own 1 guildhouse and 3 houses all on the same character now :), but then you wouldn't been able to own anything else in other characters on your account.
