What can I do to increase my speed?

Question

I understand that leveling is one of the ways you can improve your speed. However, what are other ways that I can increase my speed? This question is for no specific level or vocation. I'm interested in this for Tournament purposes as well as for players to get an idea on how to pick up speed!

Hello!

Based that doesn't have any specific vocation, I decided to answer which are the Speed Set for each vocation:

VOC.	RING	HELMET	NECKLACE	ARMOR	LEGS	BOOTS
KNIGHT
PALADIN
DRUID

Here you will find the description of each item used above:

RINGS:

 Time Ring: +30 speed points for 10 minutes. No lvl and voc requiered.

HELMETS:

Crest of the Deep Seas: +5 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 80 or higher.

Werewolf helmet: +15 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 100 or higher.

Tiara of Power: +20 speed points. It can only be used by sorcerers and druids of level 100 or higher.

AMULETS:

Beetle Necklace: +4 speed points. No lvl and voc requiered.

Shrunken Head Necklace: +10 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 150 or higher.

ARMOR:

Prismatic Armor: +15 speed points. It can only be used by knights and paladins of level 120 or higher.

Elite Draken Mail: +10 speed points. It can only be used by knights and paladins of level 100 or higher.

Zaoan Armor: +10 speed points. It can only be used by knights and paladins of level 50 or higher.

Swan Feather Cloak: +10 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 60 or higher.

LEGS:

 Alloy Legs: +10 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 60 or higher.

 Grasshopper Legs: +10 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 75 or higher.

BOOTS:

Void Boots: +30 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 150 or higher.
Boots of Haste: +30 speed points. No lvl and voc requiered.
 Badger Boots: +10 speed points. It can only be used by players of level 60 or higher.
Cobra Boots: +10 speed points. It can only be used by knights of level 220 or higher.

 Draken Boots: +15 speed points. It can only be used by knights of level 80 or higher.
 Zaoan Shoes: +5 speed points. No lvl and voc requiered.

 Pair of Soulstalkers: +20 speed points. It can only be used by paladins of level 400 or higher.
 Prismatic Boots: +15 speed points. It can only be used by paladins of level 150 or higher.

 Oriental Shoes: +15 speed points. It can only be used by sorcerers and druids of level 150 or higher.

EXTRAS:

Filled Jalapeño Peppers: +100 speed points for 1 hour. No lvl and voc requiered.

Chilli Con Carniphila: +80 speed points for 1 hour. No Lvl and voc required.Spells: 

Strong Haste(ED & MS), Haste (ALL VOC), Charge(EK), Swift Foot (RP).

Mounts: All mounts provides +10 speed points.

One of best ways to improve is using items that give you aditional speed, as you don't mentioned your vocation and level, I'll answeer generally. 

Helmets: The best you can use is Enchanted Werewolf Helmet (Arm: 9 speed +15) but you can also use Crest of the Deep Seas (Arm 7, speed +5 ice +5%) and Tiara of Powere (Arm 7 speed +20 energy +8%), but this one lasts only 60 minutes. 
Armors: Best option is Prismatic Armor (Arm 15 speed +15 physical +5%), another great option is Swan Feather Cloak (Arm 12 speed +10 earth and energy +12%
Legs: Best option is Grasshopper Legs, (Arm 7 speed +10), but Alloy Legs (Arm 6 speed +10) is also a good option
Boots: Void Boots (Arm 2 speed +30 energy +10%) gives  you more speed, but only lasts 60 minutes, so you can use Prismatic or Draken Boots (Arm 3 speed +15 with Prismatic also giving death +3%)
Shield: Sparking Rainbow Shield (Def 36 speed+10 for 15 minutes)
Ring: Time Ring (speed +30 for 10 minutes)

During Lightbearer you can use the Magical Torch (spee +25 for 27,360 minutes)

You can also increase your speed with spells, depending on your vocation, like utani tempo hur, utani gran hur, utani tempo san etc.


Note that as you didn't mentioned your vocation and level, some items you won't be able to use. Also, I selected best items thinking about arm and speed.
