Is there a way between Krailos and Oramond?

I noticed that the oramond and krailos mountains are connected. Is there any road between them?

There is no way to travel between Krailos and Oramond by foot. Both cities are only reachable by boat.

• Edron for 110 gps
• Port Hope for 200 gps
• Venore for 130 gps

unfortunately I'm not interested in traveling by ship. I found a nice item in a cave, but unfortunately it's pushable so I'm interested in the manual route.
