I know that the 469 language is one of the biggest mysteries of Tibia, but are there other books with mysteries like this?

Absolutely yes, for example the Asmalat Ovrir (Book) that you can found in the royal archives of Thais and say

"Asmalat ovrir gogenol amabat hulut a sese sokol. Gogenol faresmal a sese ican."

And looks like a code right?, well it is like the 99% of tibia and there is a consensus with this book that say

"... Look to Alistair grave
Name of Hellgate language
Use Solomon sarcasm as base..."

SO we have a loooooooooooooot of possibilities here, Alistair can refers to Alister Cropwell a npc in tibia that refers to a Alister Crowley and he was a occultist who liked to write messages in code

And "Name of hellgate language" obviously means Bonelord language "469"

and for the last "Use Solomon sarcasm as a base", well Solomon was a real life mage/occultist  of (965-928 AC) who wrote a VERY curious book named "solomon's clavicles" with A LOT of spells and things of demons so WHO KNOWS, in this book can be the missing piece of the bonelord language heheh

Nice! I am going to do some digging into this book. What is the source of the translation of that text into the insert you provided? Also,  if players feel there is a link to occultism and numbers, I would suggest considering the principals of numerology since their are strong ties to numerology and occultism.

woah Well i really liked that this message fits on the anagram! Really!
But i cant ignore that dot there is in the middle of the frase.
 Why is the dot there....
to confuse us?
or to make it easier?
cause if its to confuse ok great this is the translation.
But if is a hint, well then this frase would not be possible.
I was earlier today trying to figure that out but i was using the dot too. And with the dot i could get this sentence ( Small Forgone age as i can see) from  (Gogenol faresmal a sese ican.) But maybe im really wrong.... i'll look out to solomon sarcasm!
But i think we should as well try to translate that using dots...

I guess this is more a matter of opinion, but I find the Potion Mixing books interesting or the book in a strange language.

Potion Mixing book (example 1)

Potion of flight
Drink this potion and fly like a bird! All you need is listed below:
two wings of a wasp
an eye of a dead body
a rope
a potion of lemonade
a watch
and, of course,
a rapier to stir with
and
finally a pot to cook in it.
Put all things except the watch into the pot and cook it for 24 minutes.
Cast the spell "flifli bor" on it and drink it.
Don't forget to have an eye at the time! This fluid lasts for 12 minutes.
Once the time is over, you are not able to fly anymore... you'll fall down
like a stone.
Therefore, never forget the time and always wear a watch when using the
"potion of flight"!
Good luck and may the birds be with you!

Book written in Strange Language:

Mehrah asram cha mehe than. Uth a'thul at cha there. Orum tha cha elik
