How to use the new backup system to export/import settings?

With the last update, CIP introduce a backup system. I'd like to know how to use it?

To Export settings and the minimap:

1. From the Settings menu, go to Misc. and then Help (if you don't have Advance Options ticket it will be straight to Help).
2. Click one of the buttons to Export All Options (hotkeys, action bars, client settings, loot item lists, etc) or Export Minimap and then save the generated .zip file somewhere safe. 

To Import settings and the minimap:

1. From the Settings menu, go to Misc. and then Help (if you don't have Advanced Options ticked it will be straight to Help).
2. Click the button Import Options/Minimap (the same button works for both imports) and the select the file you have previously exported. The new options and map should apply immediately.
