Whats the best mana regeneration equipment set to wear?

I'm a mage who loves to make runes. I want to know what is the best equipment to wear to get the most mana regeneration to make runes the fastest etc. Can you please also include the regeneration amount of each item? By equipment, I mean anything your character can wear, thank you!

I suggest you use these items:

Soft Boots: You gain 2 mana points per second and lasts for 4 hours

Ring of Healing: You gain 4 mana points per second and lasts 7 minutes and 30 seconds

Tiara of Power: You gain 8 mana points per 6 seconds and lasts 1 hour (Note that this item is for level 100)

Collar of Green Plasma: You gain 8 mana points per 6 seconds and lasts 30 minutes (Note that this item is for level 150)
