The way is very easy. To enter the Rotworm Cave south from Edron you have to go there (this is the nearest entrance counting from the city)

Then follow the red line. You have to all the time to the right. Red arrow in the end shows a rope spot:

Use your rope here and you'll be on Cormaya! :)

It's really simple, all you need to do is get a shovel and go to one of the 3 entrances of the rotworm cave in Edron

Then proceed to go to the south east and rope yourself up

And you will find yourself to the west of Cormaya's boat
