Is there a way to know my actual "festive points" balance when event Orcsoberfest isn't active?

Recently I checked what kind of rewards I can get for Festive Points and I like some of them, but I completely don't remeber how much points I have earned recently.

I know, that during Orcsoberfest Event we can check it by talking with NPC Xaver.

Is there any way to check it while event isn't active?

Unfortunately there is no way to verify your festive points while the Orcsoberfest is idle, as you say, the only way to know the points you have reached is by asking NPC Xaver, located on Orcsoberfest Island, which is only available when the event is active.

I also forgot to exchange all my points, sadly we have to wait until the next event.
