Are there any small fish in the Svargrond Sea Serpent hunting ground?

Someone mentioned to me that you can get small fish for an empty goldfish bowl in the Svargrond Sea Serpent hunting area. I haven't found any and was wondering if there are in fact any and if so, where?

I cannot find any small fish in the Sea Serpent hunting area in Svargrond. I've looked all over the spawn multiple times and have come to the conclusion there might not be any in this area. I'd recommend Calassa or Sunken Quarter in Yalahar to make your Empty Goldfish Bowl turn into a Goldfish Bowl! I personally like this spot in the Sunken Quarter. Just go to where the red dot is on the map in the picture below and use your empty bowl on the red square in the picture. It's really close and a safe location for most levels. You just head left downstairs, then south west and upstairs again.
