I'm searching about some fansites and I would like to know when they become promoted fansites, is there any way I can know about it?

You can find such an info for example on english Tibia Wiki - tibia.fandom.com:

for example if you enter TibiaBosses page you can read:

The fansite became a supported fansite on October 18, 2016 and a promoted fansite on January 29, 2018.
