Who is NPC Fitzgerald?

In my way to Scarlet I saw this NPC Fitzgerald, someone knows who is him? what he does? or if does he is part of a quest / achievement?

According to The Order of the Lion Quest Fitzgerald is one of brothers.

During the mission Fitzwilliam's Special Reserve we need to get the bottle of wine (called the same as mission - Fitzwilliam's Special Reserve) from him.

Fitzmaurice: Hm, nah, I shouldn't really bother you with this. You know, they have some excellent food down here but the wine... ...

Fitzmaurice: It sure tastes like the real thing but they seem to stretch it with water. ...

We have no information from any source about the existence of this NPC, although it is an npc it must be theoretically impossible to access its level, also an npc in ankrahmun.

may be part of a quest in the future.
