How can you obtain all the silver rune emblems?

Today I was fixing my depot and i found a Silver rune emblem.

But checking the market I see there is a lot more of these runes, and I also see there is some offers to sell on market.

So I wanna know where and how is possible to get all those runes without buy it from market?

Silver emblem runes are very often a reward from fansite contests!

Currently, there is one contest in Guessing the Boosted creature on Tibiopedia forums! It's in polish. You can choose any Rune Emblem if you win.

The majority of these rune emblems were converted from old overcharged runes or won from fansite contests. There are a few silver rune emblems you can obtain though.

Barbarian Area (Scrapper - if you choose backpack)
