Yes this is the place with Devil Helmet Quest. To go to the other side of this stone you have to ask someone to stand for 1sqm at the entrance to mintwalin (there is a rope place nearby) when someone enters this sqm you exit from the mintwalin to two ladders, go upstairs, then south until you find a grate near poison fields. You go down and you still have a level gate through which you go, next is a dragon and a few holes from Giant Spiders. After dealing with the dragon, you walk through the door. You open the door with the key 3610. Kill the minotaurs. Receive the rewards, when you go west then you can enter the hole and you will appear next to Markwin. You can use a rope to pull a friend who has opened the passage for you.
