I found Skull of Kreoks. Who is Kreoks?

I'm walking on Darashia and saw this skull of Kreoks in one public room. Who is Kreoks?

I have 2 possible answers for this. I believe this is an Allusion.

First if you google "Kreoks" the first result is CREOKS which is a medical company. Maybe the skull goes along with this. Their site tagline is "Welcome to CREOKS Health Services CREOKS is an established, non-profit organization which provides comprehensive health, wellness and social services.". From what I could tell they are mostly based in the USA so I would think this is unlikely.

My second guess after some extensive digging would be a book named "The Red Dragon: A Claire-Agon Dragon Book". I haven't read it but I found a preview online. There appears to be a character named Creok who is a shaman who has an association with a clan called the Skull Crushers.

Maybe I am jumping to too many conclusions, maybe there is lore buried in tibia somewhere that explains this further!

"The Red Dragon: A Claire-Agon Dragon Book" is the 5th of the series, it was released in october of 2016, it seens to not have a relation, unless the sign was added recently.
