What are the houses with the most visible sqms?

Which houses are the most visible in the amount of sqm? I love decorating, so it's really important for me when I need buy need house.

example: my house has 154sqm, but visible below 105 sqm.

Well, it's a hard question, I guess you're asking about the house with more free-sqms (with no walls or not walkable sqms), maybe the best way is checking one by one, I recommend you to use Cyclopedia, so you can see a preview of every house, it's pretty useful.
