How to obtain Symbol of Sun and Sea?

I saw this item in Ozen's house and really like it.

 How to obtain Symbol sun and sea?

This item is temporarily available during the kilmaresh quest. If you want keep it you wont be able to tame Gryphon Mount.

To get this mission you have to do first mission Fafnar's Wrath because without that you wont be able to start Midnight Rituals.

In mission Midnight Rituals you have to help 4 npc If you do this, you go back to the npc and pass the mission and he gives you another one in which you can get your item.

After talk with npc u took item from this bowl with blood.which is located on Crypt Wardens and Sphinx you gonna pass this place while doing first mission.

So keep your eye in room with most north Yellow Dot

Its ring spot item maybe thats why. If u click this bowl u gonna have it as ring if its empty spot.

I just tested it and this answer is correct. You don't have to click in the basin to progress in the quest but this is the only way to get the item. I didn't have a ring on so I'm not sure if that is also a requirement or not.
