What happens if you drop a very rare item but ur server got reset?

As the topic, I wonder What happens if you drop a very rare item but ur server got reset?.

Let's say I enter at morning and I kill  and drop a  Ferumbras' Hat, but something happens and Cipsoft reset my server. There is a possibility to get back the item or I will definelity lost it?

Sadly, from my own experience I can say that you will lose this item if reset will be taken.. All skills/exp/loots are reseted with the server reset.

No, but I think it's clear enough. How you gonna prove them that you looted this item? Many people would just spam about that.  As compensation server which had a reset get only double xp weekend. Nothing more

Since everything in Tibia belongs to Cipsoft, even after you loose your rare loots, Cipsoft owes you nothing.
