How do you obtain candle made of human tallow?

Is it possible to obtain more than once per character?

Hello, 3 of them are obtained at The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest during the mission: Vol.2, Ch.5: Candle in the Dark Wind 

NOTE:  If you lose the candles, or if you simply want to keep a couple for yourself, you can go back to Omrabas to restart the mission.

wow, did you check if you could complete the mission again? after what time it seems to me that it wasn't like that before.

Yes, you can acquire an infinite number of candles provided you spend a lot of time collecting them. It is true as others have said that these are obtained during The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest mission Candle in the Dark Wind. When you have collected the 3 candles, go back to Omrabas and take all candles out of your backpack before you speak to him, admit that you have lost the candles and he will let you restart the mission. You can repeat this as many times as you like, but as soon as you complete the mission you can't get them again on that character.
