How to get a Native Armor?

This armor can be seen in the Pythius The Rotten's treasure room. Its data can be found in the Market. How can I obtain a Native Armor?

The  Native Armor form part of the items that exist in Tibia for a long ago but there is no way to obtain them.

This Armor was added in The Winter Update 8.4 on December 10, 2008.

Long ago was some histories and pictures that the armor could be dropped by The Old Widow, but after some investigations if was only a fake.

Not enough information about this armor. It may be added as a rare drop in the future, but currently it doesn't dropped from monsters.

I'm searching for this armor, i believe that it was introduced with ankrahmun update. Meant to be a mage armor with 80oz, but in that time we dont have many options of lightly armors..

I believe that some hidden quest in ankrahmun could be the key to obtain.
