What is the "Receipt"?

While looking on houses I found in house on Antica this Receipt. What is this item? How can we get it? I couldn't find any informations about it on Tibiopedia...

Receipts are pieces of paper which confirm whether or not guild-related transactions were successful, and also provide details about said transactions. There are 2 types of receipts:

•  Receipt (Fail) - a receipt of a failed transaction
•  Receipt (Success) - a receipt of a successful transaction

It doesn't really say how can that happen. Since NPC answers I don't have enough cash with me when I want to deposit, still I don't get the failed receipt. Maybe as the photo said, a guild to guild transfer can fail, then I could get it. But only leaders and vice leaders can make transfer, so I won't be able to check it.

Maybe the Guild that hould to receive can denied it?
