How to know how often is possible to use the Ferumbra's Amulet?

Today I bought a Ferumbra's Amulet, I used one time and then i tried to use a 15 min later but It doesnt make any effect, so I wanna know if there is know how often i can use the amulet, or there is any trick to know how long is needed to wait?

its one hour cooldown. There is however a way to somewhat keep track of it!

If you put the amulet on your action bar then it will be transparent when you cant use it, then it will display itself again when you are able to use it again!
That is how I keep track of it at least, hope it helped!

Every hour you can get 1000k mana or HP by using  Ferumbras Amulet.

Using this amulet can give you 1000 Hit Points or 1000 Mana Points (by random chance). It has a 1 hour cooldown. This means the Ferumbras' Amulet used can not be used by another player for an hour, and you can not use a different Ferumbras' Amulet for an hour. Note: for the amulet to recharge you have to be online and have the amulet either equipped or in your backpack, you can also leave it at a House

No,  if it's used you won't even get any message after you click on it ;/ So the way is remember +/- when did you use it
