Do all cities have a NPC that can heal you?

Question

By healer NPC I mean NPCs that will be able to heal you if your low in HP or from status conditions. If not can you please list the towns that don't have a healer NPCs. This would be good to note just in case I'm a noob.

For sure you won't find any healer NPCs in:

• Feyrist
• Krailos
• Farmine

 

There you have also a list with all  healer NPCs.
