What is the difference between marking the first and the red mode?

Question

If i want to attack a player, should I use the red mode or the red fist?
What is the difference and why didn't they remove the fist whilst implementing the PVP modes?

The different is with the  Red Fist u can target your "target", but if someone pass over you, you don't open situation with them

Unlike the Red Mode, that is use like to "Tank" so no one can pass over you. This last is mostly used to throw Magic Walls, for slow down the opponents with makers.
