Is there any good strategy to defeat the Deathbringer from the Warlord Arena of svargrond with a level 100+ Elder Druid?

I want to try this boss but I'm pretty sure I will struggle since he's strong to all my stronger waves attacks, is there any trick I can use on it as a druid? I've done it several times but always on MS, with energy waves and UE's its easy, IDK how to use a druid.
