Are the active Mini World Changes always the same on all game worlds?

I'm curious to know if during the same day the Mini World Changes activated are exactly the same on all worlds or each World has their own sort.

From my own experience I can tell that every world has another chance to get mini world changes. I have 3 chars on Antica/Epoca/Vunira and on every server as example fury gate is opened in different days. It happens sometimes that I have fury gate opened on all my servers but not always.

So every server has own chance to have mini world change active.

No, each has independent Mini World changes. Furthermore, - those can also change during the day also. For example the change will happen when Cipsoft will take world Offline of the server(for example fix an issue). For example on 28 October 2021 where during the day I had 3 different sets of Mini world changes- first one was after SS (excluded Yasir, Chakoyas active), second as Server was Offline (included Yasir)¹, and then again which excluded Yasir and Chakoyas not active².
