What are all the possible ways your death might be announced on the website?

I was taking a look at some players' XP history when I realized something I had never noticed before. There are several different ways the official website uses to announce your death as the following image:

My question is: What are all the ways your death could be announced at the official website? Each possibility represents a specific way you died or it's random only?

• killed by 1-4 players: “Killed”
• killed by 5-9 players: “Slain”
• killed by 10-14 players: “Crushed”
• killed by 15-19 players: “Eliminated”
• killed by 20 or more players: “Annihilated”

Interesting, maybe I didn't know that because I play at Non pvp world from years =x
