Vampiric Embrace works WITH Wheel of Destiny Life Leech perk on and WITHOUT Life Leech imbue on equipment?
Tibiawiki description for Vampiric Embrace Minor Charm is to add Life Leech to attacks if wearing equipment that provides Life Leech. My question is, if this is a strictly correct definition and the charm doesn't give effect when you don't have such equipment on but you have Life Leech from the Wheel of Destiny, or it still gives effect in such a case.
