Will I get kills for charm points while being offline?

If I make 1hp damage to monster and go offline, and after that next player gonna kill it before ~~nest~~ next server save, will my kills ~~gonna~~ be ~~counted?~~count? Also, is there any other way to get charm points while being offline?
