If there is only a few missing creatures and your intention is to only get the achievement and not the rewards (which are not that good anyway), you can keep using the Shapechanger Wand in the central platform (white tiles) until you transform into some of the creatures that you need for the achievement. I did the event like 3 times on a low level character (level 40) to complete the achievement. In the first try I did it trying to not fail any creature, then from the second onwards try and third I started aiming for the remaining creatures.

Remember that you need to be in the white tile for the Shapechanger to work.
