Can I sell a character while I'm pending payment to buy a different character on an auction?

~~for~~ For example i ~~win~~ ~~bid~~ I win a bid for 50k ~~TC.~~ ~~but~~ i ~~dont~~ TC, but I don't have enough TC on ACC and i ~~have~~ I have 7 days for collecting ~~them.my~~ them.My question is: can i ~~put~~ I put characters on the bazaar while my payment is still ~~pending? important!~~ ~~please~~ pending? selling character while payment pending

for example i win bid for 50k TC. but i dont have enough TC on ACC and i have 7 days for collecting them.

my question is: can i put characters on bazaar while my payment is still pending?
