<p>Once again I <p>I received the message, "<em>Could not load an image file. Please log out at a safe spot and restart Tibia. The files will be checked and corrected at the next start automatically</em>." I saw someone run past me with pink around them also but didn't manage to catch them again after they ran past. This error I believe has nothing to do with the auto screenshot tool and doesn't seem to make your client crash, just always happens when you have your client running for a long time you might receive this error message and it will be fine time. it prompts you to restart your client. I had the client up and running for more than 6 hours + today. The last time I reported this was July 23rd. My husband is also experiencing the same issue. It client and if you restart Tibia. Hopefully, this will get fixed soon....</p><p><img don't what happens to me now is I crash. So you need to be careful! This has happened to me a couple of times already. I messaged Cipsoft was, "<em>Alright, thank you for the information, I will forward this to our developers. This is fine on my computer, (because I have 32 GB) but it can greatly impact some players. If your also try to delete your "assets" folder which is located in your:"\Tibia 11\packages\Tibia" folder and restart the game in order to download everything back again.&nbsp;Otherwise as already mentioned, restarting the game should solve this as well.</span></strong></p><p>If you're experiencing this issue <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.tibia.com/account/?subtopic=accountmanagement&amp;page=tickets&amp;step=createform&amp;queueid=0">please report to cipsoft via a technical support ticket.</a> Once more my received reply from ticket.</a></p><p><img alt="" src="https://www.tibiaqa.com/?qa=blob&amp;qa_blobid=5475497492155389858" style="height:403px; width:600px"></p>
