If you killed in the past, the new info about it in on Bestiary, this reflect the new stats. About level 200 to use the summon is good option.

As I remember If you killed in the past, the new info about it work like the "Minion of Vesperoth, so when the portal is open they get some seconds after disappear.in on Bestiary, this reflect the new stats.
