Moderators on TibiaQA are responsible for the content posted on the site. They review questions and answers posted by the community and help improve them where needed. They will also guide other users on how to provide better questions and answers.

Key tasks

• Review moderation and flagged posts queues and take appropriate actions on them
• Review community post moderations and fix them if necessary
• Edit questions and answers for better clarity
• Edit question tags to properly categorize questions
• Hide offensive posts, spam, and other content that violates TibiaQA guidelines
• Intervene on harmful content (e.g. utterly incorrect answers)
• Educate users to help them create the most valuable content on the site

Expectations

• You should be able to dedicate about 10 minutes daily to review new posts, moderation queue, and flagged posts
• You should be fluent in English
• You should be familiar with the entire Help Center and stay up to date with announcements posted on Meta TibiaQA
