Why create such expensive items for level 300 players when the requirements to obtain them seem overwhelming for that level?

items like the Inferniarch set were introduced, supposedly aimed at level 300 players. However, completing the "No Rest for the Wicked" quest and gathering the required runes feels like an almost impossible task for someone at that level. It raises the question: are these items truly designed for level 300 players, or is the expectation that only much higher-level players can realistically acquire them?

Agreed, Lv294 here I bought a base bow for 15kk only for me to realize I can't travel to the doomforge & beat it's boss or farm the skin.

Now I'm already reselling it for 15kk, to a lvl700 who want's it & has most of the materials with a guild that does bosses, very sad.

The Rending bow is at minimum worth 10kk, just because the permanent imbuement, 400k for powerful strike every 20hrs, 3hrs a day 30 days a month =90 round down to 80 x 4x400k x 5months = 8kk if you use the bow that long, + 1kk for the skin+imbuing items, & +1kk for the bow itself means 10kk total, I bought it for 50% to high honestly, but compared to soulbleeder it's a steal.
