What happens when you drink a Banana Chocolate Shake?

You can get a Banana Chocolate Shake during the Hot Cuisine world quest and also from a Brass-Shod Chest inside the Cobra Bastion (According to Tibia Fandom). My question is, what are the effects? I thought all the drinks from Hot Cuisine helped you in some sort of way. All the fansites I check say it's unknown but does anyone have any idea?

Im wondering if there's more to this. I hope so, it seems like such a waste to just give a heart effect. I wonder what happiness will bring

I used this many times because on antica costs about 1-3k and never seen effects. I have never heard of effects and there is no information about it. only that "makes you happy"
